Goal
Use Magic for accounts that exist only inside the ephemeral rollup, replacing Ephemeral. Allow them to become delegated accounts, and rename Placeholder to Uninit.
Why
An account created locally may later need to be replaced by delegated state from the base chain. Ephemeral currently prevents that transition.
The validator's locally created token accounts are one example, but the same lifecycle can serve other purposes. A general Magic mode gives these accounts a home without tying Engine's account model to a particular use case.
Scope
Magic accounts are mutable and persistent. They can be created from Uninit or ReadOnly, explicitly closed, or replaced with Delegated through a privileged operation at the same or a newer slot.
Update the existing callers, documentation, and lifecycle coverage to use these names and the new transition.
