Too many `find_program_address` when closing the shuttle

We find the PDA multiple times (here and here) instead of just once (or use create pda if the shuttle exists)

Took a look at this. The redundant derivation is real: settle_and_close_shuttle_accounts derives the shuttle PDA in both the wallet-ATA and ephemeral-ATA branches, and those branches aren't mutually exclusive (a close can touch both a funded wallet ATA and a funded ephemeral ATA), so the PDA gets derived twice with identical inputs in that case.

Worth noting these are create_program_address calls, not find_program_address (the bump is already stored and passed in, so there's no bump search). So it's a single redundant hash rather than a full address search, but it's still an avoidable op on that path, and caching the first derivation covers it cleanly, which lines up with the "use create pda if the shuttle exists" note in your issue.

Happy to open a PR with that if it's still wanted. Will hold off until I hear back.
