Add warning for non-immediate notification frequency - #88

A weekly/monthly New Show Alerts cadence can mean a show added between digests has already happened (or sold out) by the time the email fires — the queue prunes past shows, so it's silently missed. Show a caution note under the show-alert frequency picker whenever a slower-than-immediate cadence is selected, nudging toward Immediately for short-notice shows. Scoped to New Show Alerts only — new-comic alerts aren't time-boxed, so the same risk doesn't apply.
