Program to make a figure that marks motifs and exons on gene
- One image is created for each gene in fasta file
To use program run the program with these flags.

-g fasta file for genes, REQUIRED

-m text file with motifs, REQUIRED

-o file to output images, REQUIRED

-f type of image file (default = .svg, suggestions = .png, .jpeg), OPTIONAL
-
-c color scheme of image (default = general, options = blues, reds, random, general), OPTIONAL
