I’ve been exploring ways to use Jubilee via an external orchestrator, and I'd like to get your thoughts on API integrations.
Currently, the codebase relies on Python dataclasses (like Well, Labware, etc.). Since standard dataclasses don't natively deserialize from JSON payloads, inputting well location on the frontend might require a bit of translation.
I wanted to ask:
Do you have a preferred architecture or roadmap for making Jubilee more REST API-friendly?
Have you considered introducing data-validation libraries like Pydantic, or would you prefer to lightweight API wrapper?
