Match MySQL/MariaDB versions with more than one digit in major part. Makes test pass on actual versions of MariaDB.

@grayed thank you for the pull request, however this project is not actively maintained and looking for a maintainer:

https://github.com/luislavena/mysql-gem#maintainer-needed

Will leave this open for those who want to step up in that role.

Thank you.

Yes, that's okay. The patch will stay in OpenBSD Ports tree quite fine. :) Thank you for your attention.

Please accept the pull, this has been sent more than 1 year ago and there's still no maintainer, the fix is incredibly small and surely will help some people (like me).

Hello @grayed, here is the pong to your ping request:

The gem is still looking for a maintainer. I personally don't have the time necessary to update it to work with newer versions, coordinate releases that don't break the Ruby world and not to mention provide free support for everybody.

If you or your company are willing to commit resources (time) in doing this, I'll be happy to grant commit bits and push permissions to RubyGems.

While I understand the statements like the fix is incredibly small, releasing a new version, provide binaries for other platforms and the associated support is not easy.

Please also see #33 for more comments on this subject.

Cheers.
