Lucas Pimentel

Data & backend engineer based in Brazil. I build data pipelines, the APIs around them, and the occasional scraper.

Some things I've built

  • YT_crawler: a Python library for YouTube search, video details, comments, transcripts and trending, without the official API. Typed results, with tests.
  • api_crawler: one interface over 11 data sources (Reddit, YouTube, GitHub, Indeed, Glassdoor and more) that saves raw JSON into your own data lake.
  • api-to-pydantic: a Claude agent that turns a JSON response, API URL or curl command into typed Pydantic models.
  • http-server-csharp and Network-Stream-Proxy: an HTTP/1.1 server and an async HTTP proxy in C#, built on raw TCP.
