Users with >8 Loot shown as ineligible to propose/vote (likely stale subgraph/RPC) #3

Description

@Raulonastool

Environment

  • Site: royaltydao.com (Create Proposal / Vote pages)
  • Browsers: Safari and Google Chrome
  • Wallets: Rabby Wallet, MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet
  • Network: Ethereum mainnet
  • Repo: https://github.com/lootexchange/community-treasury
  • Build: Vercel deployment appears active (related app also on Vercel)

Observed

  • Multiple wallets holding >=8 (1%) Loot are shown “not enough votes” in the UI.
  • On-chain checks confirm balances and that Governor params allow proposing/voting.
  • Repro occurs across different browsers, wallets, and machines.

Expected

  • UI should reflect on-chain balances and allow proposing when balance >= proposalThreshold, and allow voting for owned tokenIds not yet voted.

Notes / Hypothesis

  • UI likely relies on a subgraph or provider (Infura/Alchemy) that’s stale/failing.
  • If an RPC call fails or rate-limits, balance/owners may default to 0.
