Before: the release step on main has failed since 3.75.0 (runs for #632 and #637), because ktsu.SyntaxHighlighting and ktsu.ImGui.SyntaxHighlighting fail the pack-time cross-framework API check, so nothing after 3.75.0 reached NuGet.

After: both packages carry the CompatibilitySuppressions.xml every other multi-targeted package here already has (ImGui.Markdown's lists the same entries), and both pack cleanly.

How: the failures are Polyfill's per-framework shims (ExperimentalAttribute, DefaultInterpolatedStringHandler), which ktsu.Sdk documents as by-design differences to be captured in a regenerable suppression file. Generated with dotnet pack -p:ApiCompatGenerateSuppressionFile=true and confirmed a plain dotnet pack of each now succeeds. Reproduced the original failure locally first, on main and on the 3.75.0 commit.

Both packages were missing the CompatibilitySuppressions.xml every other
multi-targeted package here carries, so Polyfill's per-framework shims
(ExperimentalAttribute, DefaultInterpolatedStringHandler) failed the
cross-framework API check and the release pack has failed since they
were added. Generated with -p:ApiCompatGenerateSuppressionFile=true.
