Replay captured broadcasts into multiple browser sessions

Problem

captureBroadcasts() currently captures and replays into the session that initiated the capture. Realtime applications commonly need to verify the same server broadcast across bidder, monitor, and operator pages.

Proposed direction

Separate captured broadcasts from page-specific replay results so one immutable batch can be replayed into multiple RealtimeSession instances.

$monitorReplay = $monitor->replay($batch);
$operatorReplay = $operator->replay($batch);

Acceptance criteria

• A captured batch can be replayed into another session without rerunning application code.
• Each replay returns its own per-channel delivery outcomes.
• Replaying into one session does not mutate previous replay results.
• Public, private, and presence channel identifiers remain normalized by the target driver.
• Browser coverage exercises at least two real Echo/Pusher sessions.
