Implements issue #22 on top of the hosted-green resource and determinism branch.
This adds schema-v3 phase-scoped observations, generated nonsecret canaries, bounded PID-free observation sequences, explicit CommonJS and ESM import resolution, and an optional no-route inert DNS/HTTP/TCP sinkhole. Raw request bytes are discarded; normalized profiles retain only stable canary identifiers and bounded counts.
Safety boundary: lifecycle remains the default, import and sinkhole are explicit experiments, the sinkhole has no routed network, and none of this is release or launch authority.
Verification before push: make check passed after rebasing onto agent/resource-determinism-gates.
