Summary

align the Gradle and CLI versions at 0.1.1
verify the packaged CLI version during Linux and macOS release smoke tests

Verification

Temurin Java 17 clean build
full test suite and Spotless checks
packaged JAR reports metadq 0.1.1
demo still reports GUARD No content data files opened.


          fix: align CLI version with 0.1.1 release
