Summary

• probe ambiguous Espressif COM candidates with a no-reset, no-stub ESP32-S3 read-mac command
• choose the sole responding bootloader automatically
• fall back to a working numeric selector through Windows stdin/stdout only when probing remains ambiguous
• bump InpuDeck to 3.3.13 (92) and update README status
