StartXKit

StartXKit is a CLI toolkit for generating TypeScript and JavaScript backend boilerplates for Express, Fastify, and Hono.

MVP Scope

StartXKit creates simple runnable backend projects and adds modules with routes, controllers, services, repositories, simple request/response handlers, project config, and generated documentation.

Usage

Create a project:

npm create @startxkit@latest

Add a module inside a generated project:

npx @startxkit/cli add module users

Check a project:

npx @startxkit/cli doctor

Print project info:

npx @startxkit/cli info
