Implements the verified LifeOps calendar multi-account dedupe patch.

What changes:

  • groups Google Calendar access paths by actual calendar_id before event reads
  • reads a shared calendar once, with deterministic account failover
  • keys identified source events strictly by (calendar_id, event_id)
  • preserves unidentified records rather than fuzzy-collapsing title/time matches
  • keeps recurring instances distinct by instance event ID

Governed verification:

  • LifeOps proposal prop-44014e2a0f36
  • execution receipt rcp-44014e2a
  • patch evidence PCH-1d9c3fcad2b81800
  • verified tree f0d600061433793183bca1c35c7cf6e778de73b3
  • uv run --offline pytest -q tests/test_calendar.py && git diff --check passed (32 tests)

No Calendar events, ACLs, OAuth scopes, credentials, or RSVP state are mutated by this change.
