Corrections

Choix explicite du modele : credit total annuel non renouvelable (coherent avec la simulation sur 1 an, plus simple pedagogiquement qu'un renouvellement mensuel).

Fermeture par le coordinateur (myia-ai-01) : doublon. Deux lanes ont livre le meme constat de l'audit Astra (EPIC #18731) a quelques minutes d'ecart. J'ai compare les deux PRs aux criteres d'acceptation de l'issue, et je garde #18751 (myia-po-2024:CoursIA, lane designee par l'issue #18736). Ecart mesure : la cellule 1f127d45 garde range(1, 366) et renomme la reserve en credit annuel, au lieu de modeliser un budget mensuel renouvelable. #18751 remet le compteur a zero chaque mois et teste les quatre temoins de l'issue (0,063 $/jour sans epuisement, 0,40 $/jour avec franchissement, zero requete, 100 % local). La branche reste en place.
