  • waypoint-memory: Self-hosted project management server (boards, sprints, calendar, contacts, wiki) with an MCP interface so AI agents can work against it. Go, Postgres.
  • velo: A fast Wayland launcher where every plugin is a plain TOML file. No compiled modes, no scripts. Built on tofi's rendering for ~2-6ms startup.
