Adds the deed.page skill to the Skills section, placed alphabetically between ClawHub and Virtuals Protocol ACP:

It's a single SKILL.md in the AgentSkills format, so an OpenClaw agent can turn a report, dashboard or small static site it built into a live https://<slug>.deed.page/ link with one curl -T, then update or delete it with the owner token that the first publish returns. No signup or API key is needed for the free tier. It's MIT-licensed.
