Non-stack inserters still need prototype 43 "stack" inserter to craft

Previously, all these inserters were "smart", and were crafted from the original "smart" inserter. Now "smart" became "stack", but recepies remain the same.

Well… another way is to make them all stack, but I think it will be too much. So the way is to replace prototype 43 with prototype 75 in the recipe.

Namely, these inserters require changes:

L.S.I. Prototype 23
Smat D-Left Mover
Smat D-Right Mover
ISR Mover
ISL Mover
Prototype 207-d
Evade R-Handle
Evade L-Handle

ah thanks for pointing this out.. I have these other inserters disabled in most of my playthroughs due to the dependency on bob's inserters making these obsolete.
I will look into fixing the recipes
