fix(web): align default discovery and verification selections #210

The default discovery and identity presentation selections do not cover every intended featured account. An active account can therefore be absent from recommendation cards and omit its verification mark across shared identity surfaces.

Update the default selections while preserving deployment overrides, self-exclusion, and handling of unavailable profiles. Verify the recommendation card, profile identity, and existing environment-override behavior.
