feat(web): complete long-form article editing and media support #209
Description
Long articles need consistent media limits and editing behavior across persistence, rendering, and navigation.
Support up to 512 ordered image placements while retaining the smaller limits for short posts. Keep inline link editing available from the document, let original media links use browser navigation, preserve outline targets during lazy image loading, and allow text entry after a final code block.
Preserve existing media references and alt text during the capacity migration. Verify draft save, publish, reopen, and the related browser interactions.
