PARTI was added in a low-cap/mem batch (no delisting or hack). Per maintainer request, removing it — no serious reason to keep it blacklisted.

PARTI was added earlier in a low-cap / mem batch — not for a delisting or hack, just a low-liquidity filter. Per your note (no serious reason), removing it from all 12 venue blacklists.
MIRA (also mentioned) isn't in the blacklist on any venue, so nothing to remove there.
Diff is one regex line per file (
OPN|PARTI|PIXEL→OPN|PIXEL), 12 files.
