This patch introduces the `Clearwater forest` (CWF) project in the collateral tree of the Intel Crash Log tool. It includes the collateral for decoding `CWF-SP` records from the IO dies with revision value of 41 and 44 and records from the compute dies with a revision value of 156 and 157.
