Contains a new method for automatically building text descriptions based on solver results. The kind of description that should be built is saved as json in the database problem metadata. An example of what one of these description templates looks like can be found in the summer_cabin_db_init.py.
This has been implemented as part of NIMBUS in the webui. Adding support for other methods shouldn't be too difficult.
