About the availability of tun + fake-ip in Windows

I recently found that it seems to be basically unusable on Windows. But it works well when using the mihomo core.

After checking the mihomo source code and asking ChatGpt AI, I inferred that the issue is likely with the specific implementation in current repo.

Could the author of the specific TUN module implementation discuss this with me？

In mihomo’s implementation, there are two differences from the current library’s implementation on Windows:

1. When creating the virtual network adapter, it sets the metric to 0. This is related to the system’s strategy for selecting the external network adapter, but the current implementation does not do this at all.
2. During initialization, it creates the virtual adapter’s next-hop address as the DNS server, which is also missing in the current implementation.

I believe mihomo’s implementation is reasonable.
