Love to see this upgrade! thank you. Is it still possible to pass in JVM args with the dockerfile like this?

This PR upgrades the JDK to 25 and supports running OTP-middleware using a docker container (not just in tests).
Keeping AWS for storing docker images. If that needs to change, let me know.
