Adds an X OAuth verification service, one-X-account/one-wallet binding, short-lived wallet-specific mint permits, and a new ERC-1155 mint contract that rejects direct unverified calls. The site UI now reflects server-verified follow, like, and repost state.\n\nNot ready to merge until the X app, Cloudflare Worker/D1, campaign post ID, signer secret, and replacement contract address are configured.\n\nLocal verification: 76 unit tests, 13 contract/worker tests, lint, import smoke test, and production Vite build passed.
