**Problem** - The Boundary AWS plugin is dependent on proto contracts from Boundary CE **Solution** - These are the same changes that were made to Boundary Enterprise in this PR: hashicorp/boundary-enterprise#2960 **Test** - Successfully built Boundary - No unit tests at this time until the code is wired up to use the new fields
