adr-kit
Adds adr-kit to Development & Workflow, as suggested by @zerocodefast in rvdbreemen/adr-kit#157.
adr-kit is an Architecture Decision Record toolkit for coding agents. It finds the ADRs that govern a change and injects them into the agent's context before it edits. It also guides authoring of new ADRs, and checks each commit against the accepted decisions with deterministic pre-commit and CI gates. An LLM judge is optional.
