In axiom 0.3.0, InfixResolver now requires an OperatorOverloader as a constructor dependency (instead of creating one internally). Register the OperatorOverloader binding in the test helper so DelegatingResolver can construct InfixResolver correctly. The library source code itself requires no changes since the interfaces it depends on (BindableResolver, Resolver, ResolutionInspector, Source) are unchanged in 0.3.0. https://claude.ai/code/session_011gdgX2v9FacKnp8QazM51N
