Summary

• Add an interactive tab-completion prompt at the end of install.sh and install.ps1 (opt-in, not silent auto-install)
• Detect the user's shell and write completions to user-writable paths (fish, zsh, bash on Unix; PowerShell profile on Windows)
• Document manual completion setup in the README and add completion <shell> to the commands table

• Interactive install: accept prompt -> completion file created
• Decline prompt or set GLADIA_NO_COMPLETION_PROMPT=1 -> hints only, no rc/profile changes
• After restarting shell, gladia tr<TAB> completes to transcribe
