switch to puppet/archive, add metadata.json

Would it be possible to switch to: https://github.com/voxpupuli/puppet-archive (which is where things seem to be standardizing), vs. a fork of camptocamp, or camptocamp itself?

Also, is it possible to add a metadata.json, as well as / instead of the Modulefile?
