i'm deprecating gcloud; at the time it was hacked in quickly to meet ops needs and we never really paid off the debt (it piggybacks off of using devenv's internal python - something i'd like to upgrade soon) and brew is a sufficient solution since
gcloudis something that we'd want consistently upgraded and they don't generally break compatibility afaictops has been moved to brew-managed gcloud here: https://github.com/getsentry/ops/pull/19449
