Update File Tree for pinned folders across BB threads

Summary

File Tree pins a project source or thread workspace in a window-wide rail. The chosen folder, expanded directories, and selection remain in place while moving between BB threads. Version 0.19.3 reveals hidden files when the setting enables them, adds a tree action beside native file-preview links, and opens tree files through the current thread surface.

Maintainer action: Please add the v1-change label. The updated description and Git range change the frozen v1 entry. The submitter account cannot apply repository labels.

Permissions and requirements

The plugin needs access to files on the BB host. File creation and deletion operate under a server-issued root ID; deletion asks for confirmation. Finder reveal and file clipboard actions require files on the local computer. No external account or service is required.
