What was wrong
Provider-created machines need a reusable Cloud route back to their BB server, with revocation even when enrollment is interrupted.
What changed
Registers Connect as a server-access provider using the base grant/enrollment APIs. Adds durable redemption/recovery and release handling, attention diagnostics, and legacy bootstrap upgrade support. Includes the Cloud machine-code lookup endpoint and deterministic machine identity so cleanup can find redeemed credentials. These Cloud changes belong with this integration; no additional core Drizzle migration is added.
Split from #3231. Depends directly on #3274 (
bb/machine-provider-apis); the GitHub diff contains this integration only. Retarget to main after the base merges. How you verified
Plugin typecheck/lint; 107 plugin tests; source CLI server/app bundles; Cloud API typecheck and 31 tests; catalog/icon registration checks.
No live vendor allocation, machine adoption, or Cloud deployment was performed for this split.
