Aliases currently list vendor/product tuples without the interactive relationship graph available on product and vendor detail pages. Add the same lazy-loaded graph panel to alias details, with the alias connected to its member products, their vendors, approved relationships, and CPE entries.

• Add GET /aliases/{alias_uuid}/graph, preserving the 200-node / 400-edge limits and prioritizing membership and ownership links before neighboring records.
• Reuse pan, zoom, fit, record inspection, retry, and theme support. Draw aliases with a custom diamond SVG path and retain the full member table.
• Update the locally hosted Pivotick browser bundle and stylesheet from v2.0.1 to the official v3.0.0 release, unchanged from the release archive. Refresh SHA-256 checksums and dependency notices; the dependency versions and upstream license are unchanged. Keep the embedded simulation worker and existing canvas height; v3's default label visibility threshold applies.

Validation:

• pytest -q --disable-warnings: 115 passed, including new alias graph coverage for membership, relationship direction, empty aliases, missing records, escaped labels, and graph limits.
• Chromium browser checks passed for vendor, product, and alias graphs; empty and truncated graphs; worker fallback; failed-request retry; mobile sizing; zoom/fit controls; record picker; theme changes; and close/reopen behavior, with no uncaught browser errors.
• JavaScript syntax checks passed; vendored assets match the official archive byte-for-byte.
