Checkpoint not found error

Hello,
thanks again for sharing this amazing project.

I'm reaching an error when running python train_offline.py --work_name offline --preload or also when running python render.py --work_name offline

I got confused what part of the INSTA repo should I run and also where to leave the INSTA repo (separated from RGBAvatar repo?).

Also noticed the config file should point to the INSTA repo, but the name of the character is expected to be under the INSTA folder directly.
I am also assuming these are the folders the RGBAvatar is looking for under INSTA folder: Available avatars

Overall I just have no idea where to get the INSTA\\bala\\checkpoint\\00000.frame

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:\\Users\\Admin\\Desktop\\AI\\INSTA\\bala\\checkpoint\\00000.frame'

Thanks for your interest in our project, and sorry for the confusion caused by the README.

To clarify:

1. We follow the INSTA pipeline only for preprocessing monocular facial videos, which includes FLAME tracking and background matting. You can refer to the Dataset Generation section of the INSTA repo for this part: https://github.com/Zielon/INSTA?tab=readme-ov-file#dataset-generation

2. In our config file, the data_dir should point to the dataset root directory, not to the root of the INSTA repo.
