% npm install
% export MAPBOX_ACCESS_TOKEN='pk.0000.1111' # a mapbox public token
% node cli.js --port 9000 ~/roads.mbtiles ~/taco-places.mbtiles

Global install

% npm install -g mbview
% mbview

Or just try the demo

% cd examples
% ./try.sh

Type mbview --help to see the parameters available.
