Metronization is an image-domain topological feature extraction
package that:
- helps comparing images without showing them, and
- identiy topological feature from images.
The two main functions are:
metronization.metronize(img, ngrid, threshold, plot, axes)
metronization.toposign (img, ngrid, plength, hlength, plot, axes)
