Wiki: Update Plugins and Themes page

In order to keep the Wiki up to date, we should do the following:

• The Plugins page already has a colum "Ready for FP ≥ 1.3". If neccessary, a column for 1.4 and/or 1.5 should be added. ✅
• The Themes page needs the same columns, at least for FP 1.4 and 1.5, so users avoid the "Error 500 trap" with outdated themes. ✅
• With a prominent link from the Themes page, there should be a page with instructions on how to revert to the Leggero default theme in case a newly installed themes causes the blog to crash (again, "Error 500 trap"). ✅

For testing the Themes and Plugins, and adding the results to the Wiki, we could ask the community for help. 🕗

For themes, I renamed the column to “FP ≤ 1.X” and took the version, if known, from the respective theme page. This still needs to be compared with @RainerBielefeld's list.

For the plugins “FP ≤ 1.X” and “PHP ≤ X.X”. All information is provided to the best of my knowledge and belief. oO

At the latest after the Flatpress 1.5 release, I would call for a theme and plugin test marathon. However, past experience shows that few results can be expected from spring to fall.
