BBcode plugin: Support of subdirectories for image and file selection

Hello everyone,

whitecat from the support forum would like to be able to select files and images from subdirectories.

This would require extending the plugin_bbcode_init_toolbar() function.

As written on the FlatPress Support Forum: I doubt it would be good to add the images from the gallery subdirectories there as well - over time, the selectbox may have to display gazillions of individual options.
