Changes

• Restore Library code cards by eliminating exact-count bottlenecks; label estimates and use row-driven pagination.
• Move cache writes, backfills and view counting to the existing server-only service-role client.
• Validate website cache keys and require administrator access for forced refreshes.
• Include a database migration restricting direct public cache writes and view RPC access. Deploy application code BEFORE applying the migration.

Verified

• Exact combined tree: 77 tests pass, including isolated PostgreSQL authorization tests; TypeScript, focused ESLint, and Next production build pass.
• Independent security review found no blocking issues.
• Existing Library preview returns code and mixed cards for newest, oldest and trending.
• Production environment metadata confirms existing service-role configuration; no secrets changed.

Release

Merge and verify the new Vercel production deployment, then apply the security migration and verify database privileges plus public reads. After migration, do not roll back to an anonymous-writer application; forward-fix if necessary.
