Remove the beaconstate.info checkpoint sync endpoints from mainnet, hoodi, sepolia, and holesky. The distinct beaconstate.ethstaker.cc (EthStaker) and beaconstate-*.chainsafe.io (Lodestar/ChainSafe) providers are left untouched.
