Antes de mergear: este PR también incluye docs/security-reports/SEC-23-token-keys-inconsistentes.md, pero ese reporte ya fue aceptado y está mergeado en main desde otro PR, con contenido idéntico. ¿Puedes quitar ese archivo de esta rama (dejando solo SEC-15-register-jwt-sin-firma.md)? Así evitamos duplicar crédito por un hallazgo que ya se cerró.

Con ese ajuste, este PR queda listo para mergear.

He eliminado el archivo duplicado SEC-23-token-keys-inconsistentes.md (ya estaba mergeado en otro PR).
El PR ahora solo contiene el reporte SEC-15.
