This commit makes broad changes to the document including: - Restructuring Organization and Headings - Adding ENS Agora as a governance venue - Re-ordering and clarifying RFP process description - Alphabetizing the Terms in the Glossary - Adding additional quorum and voting timeline explanations in glossary for easy reference - Minor typographical edits.

I added some updates to the Gov process summary last month. The diff is a little difficult to parse since there are multiple changes, but I would be motivated to assist updating these. If we need to work on this in a shared markdown file and then commit, that works too. |
