The baseline refresh guidance changed to the canonical two-section AGENTS template while both plugin manifests still declared 0.2.0. Bump both manifests to 0.2.1 so the changed guidance has a distinct cache version.
Validation: both manifests parse as JSON; git diff --check passed; agt refresh completed in Claude and Codex. Codex installed 0.2.1 and its refresh skill, local workflow, and template match the source byte for byte. The canonical marketplace registrations and runtime skill links were restored after testing from the worktree.
