[Microsoft Defender XDR] Add layout improvements

m365_defender: add layout improvement with the following changes

- synchronise titles and description of configuration options
- remove `Microsoft Defender XDR` from data stream toggles

@kcreddy here we can’t reorder the data streams, as they are determined based on alphabetical order. We can only reorder the input types, so we wouldn’t be able to place incident before alert.

Can you also update the docs to reflect Incidents is recommended over Alerts?
You can move Alerts after Incidents in the docs.
