The Cargo feature was already gone. Remove the leftover src/sortformer tree, the always-off registry marker, the unused manifest download, and the adapter how-to. Product path unchanged.

sortformerCargo feature was already removed in 0.21.0. This deletes the leftoversrc/sortformer/tree, the always-offsortformer-v2registry marker, the unusedsortformer_v2manifest download, anddocs/sortformer.md.AdapterStage::Diarizerstays as an empty slot. Product path unchanged. CHANGELOG / competitor tables keep historical mentions.cargo test --features cli --lib(912) andclippy --features cli -- -D warningsare green.
