Superseded by #180, which consolidated all 13 of this week's Dependabot updates into one branch, applied the code fixes the major bumps required (jni 0.22 Env/EnvUnowned split, RustCrypto 0.11 digest), and merged green (AccuracyCoin 139/139, Android arm64 cross-build, all clippy/fmt/rustdoc/no_std/wasm gates). This bump is already on main.
