Changes in TreeViewExItem class

Make set IsEditing public
Handle the IsEditing callback method
Add OnEditing event
Add OnEdited event

Changes in SimpleEditSample

Add a button to edit selected item
Add a label to show the edit event


          enable IsEditing outside the TreeViewExItem
